1979 airframe only had 1173.3 total time at time of conversion. I personally found this aircraft in Honduras 10 years ago, it was located at the capital Tegucigalpa high elevation and over 150 miles from the coast…This aircraft lived in a hangar and the owner was afraid to fly after being involved in a crash in the jungle 10 years earlier…finally decided to sell…the aircraft was flown directly to O&N for conversion. I sold this conversion to a doctor in San Francisco, he later sold it to a developer in Palm Springs, I then sold it to a client in Salt Lake area, then sold it again to its current owner in Florida….While in Florida the owner lives in the northern interior and not on the coast, she is still corrosion free and very low time. This aircraft is only about 189 hours away from hot section and will be priced accordingly, has had a lot of avionic upgrades and been well cared for…All service work had been performed here at PropJet until the move to Florida in 2010 current owner put 739 hours over the last four years. Current owner removed the Chelton avionic system and had installed the Garmin G-500 with GTN-750-650 center stack. The original GDL49 was removed and a GDL-69A weather system with X/M stereo installed. PropJet just completed a very extensive annual inspection on this aircraft, performed case half compressor inspection due to time in Florida and compressor coating is in good condition no form of FOD erosion or ingestion….this aircraft has full de-ice (all new boots installed at time of conversion), has long range fuel system with Flint tip tanks, BAS shoulder harness system, Precise Speed Brakes, S-TEC 55X with altitude pre selector, naturally O&N air conditioner. Low time SE that will provide years of good service after completion of hot section.
