Original owner had gear-up in 1990. The plane was repaired by one of the premiere Mooney service centers, Willmar Air Services in Minnesota. There have been no related issues in the over 20 years in which I have owned this aircraft. Wingtip recognition lights, articulating front seats,removeable split fold-down rear seats, rounded windows, one-piece belly pan, new shock discs, AUX power jack.

SMOH

Lycoming Engine has 2110 TT and 612 SMOH by Ly-Con in 2006 with new cylinders, ported, polished and flow balanced, 225 HP Firewall Forward STC. Engine mount was powder-coated for beauty and not because of damage, 12 hrs/qt of oil.

McCauley Prop 612 TTSN and McCauley governor 612TTSN. These were replaced not because of damage but because I preferred brand new at time of engine overhaul, polished spinner.

This plane has the 2900 LB gross weight increase STC. This results in a 1029 LB. useful load and a full fuel payload of 645 LB.
