    M20J 201 SE Special Edition
Solid flyer with excellent dispatch rate history. Have been using this aircraft to travel for business meetings for the last 2.5 years. I'm selling because I have a baby on the way and I won't be able to fly it enough for a while. It's IFR certified and the inspections are current.
The propeller is just over a year old with very low time. I noticed when it was installed that top end RPMs increased, noise and vibration reduced, and top speed increased by 5 knots.
GNS430W with 6-pack, KCS 55A HSI, backup electric attitude indicator (uAvionix AV-20-S MFD), WX 10A Stormscope, KAP 150 autopilot with altitude hold and approach mode, and JPI 830 engine monitor.
Speedbrakes are installed and make those "slam dunk" approaches easy to manage. Electric gear and flaps. My shop did an extensive logbook history review and consolidated all logs into a single binder making ownership and maintenance a little easier. Sheepskin front seat covers. Lasar visors. Bruce's custom cover and cowl plugs. Ski tube installed.
