    Main Construction Done. Ready for Avionics Package *Items needed to complete the project: Interior. *All avionics and electronics including wiring harness airframe and firewall forward. (There are no avionics installed at this time). (Outflow valve and controller IS included). (Wings ARE wired). *Final assembly and rigging of all aircraft sub structures. (Wings, flaps, ailerons, elevators, trim tabs, rudder, prop, etc). *All systems are complete including the hydraulics, fuel and flight controls. *All FAA paperwork will need to be performed for completing the Airworthiness Certificate. *Aircraft is being sold “AS IS”. * Engine was newly overhauled (0.0 timed) in 2003, and has sat “pickled” this whole time and never run. *Prop is new. *Project is being sold in hopes that someone has the time and effort to finish the last 10%.

    Walter 601D Turbine Engine SN: 861013 Dismantle, Inspect and clean. Repair 14 blades on 1st stage shaft compressor. Repair 6 blades on 2nd stage shift compressor. Repair 8 blades on 1st stage stator compressor. Repair 2 blades on 2nd stage stator compressor. Repair inner combustion chamber. Nickel and ceramic coat inner combustion chamber. Repair outer combustion chamber stator and manifold locks. Repair fuel manifold and machine. Check rivets on outer combustion chamber. Repair stator, nickel and ceramic coat. Repair vanes on vane diffuser assembly. Repair 4 diffuser blades. Replace compressor turbine bearings. Replace compressor thrust bearing. Assemble turbine shaft complete and balance. Compressor side 0.73 brought to 0.06 grams. Turbine side brought from 0.32 to 0.07 grams. Inspect power turbine and found satisfactory. Replace one thermocouple. Remove and sonic clean all screen filters. Replace oil filter. Dismantle , clean and inspect pressure and bypass valve. Replace front and rear chip detector. Assemble turbine complete. Dismantle, clean, inspect and fit blow off valve. Inspect starter generator and replace brushes. Test run 04-07-03 on test stand for 2 hours. Supplied 2 standard exhaust stacks and beta block. Turbine with IRAN - $35,500.00 Avia 84" propeller #9061 - $13,840.00 PT6 Conversion - $350.00 Vacuumpump Adapter Kit - $150.00 EPA Can - $150.00 Total: $49,990.00
