2006 Lancair IVP Turbine with NO DAMAGE HISTORY. Condition inspection completed May 2025. 675TT on airframe and engine. Walter 601E installed new in 2006 with 3000hr TBO. Airplane was gone through to make it the best Lancair IV Turbine on the market. Completed full engine inspection by Turbine Power Technologies in December 2022. Received total panel retrofit in February 2024 by Aerotronics. TKS deice installed with windshield spray bar (4.5 gallon TKS tank). 155 gallon fuel capacity with belly and baggage tank filler on outside of fuselage, preventing fuel from spilling in baggage area. John Cook fuel system installed providing fuel to header tank firewall forward. Rosen sun visors. Bose LEMO plugs for all four seats. Air conditioner and flow pack managed pressurization work flawlessly. Full coverage insurance is typically $40,000/yr. Liability only insurance is much more reasonable.
